1. Who we are

Dental Tour AI is a dental-travel concierge platform operated by Viet Health Angels New Zealand(NZBN 9429038795800), a subsidiary of Neuro Diverse Industries (“we”, “us”). By using this website or our services you agree to these terms.

2. We are a concierge, not a medical provider

Dental Tour AI is a travel concierge service. We are not a medical or dental provider and do not give medical advice. We help you make your own informed choice and handle the logistics — all clinical decisions rest with you and the licensed clinic.

All clinical care is delivered by independent, licensed clinics. Every clinical decision — whether to have treatment, which treatment, and with whom — rests with you and the licensed clinic. Nothing on this site, including anything produced by our AI concierge, translator or itinerary tools, is medical or dental advice.

3. What we provide

• Honest cost comparisons and indicative pricing.
• A directory of vetted partner clinics.
• AI-powered tools — live translation, a concierge chat and an itinerary planner. These are informational aids only.
• Help arranging consultations, travel logistics and on-ground concierge support.

Prices shown are indicative until confirmed by the clinic in a consultation. They are not a quote.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information — bookings and quotes depend on it.
• Hold a valid passport and meet the visa requirements of your destination. Where a visa process requires disclosure (for example of criminal history), that disclosure and any associated cost is yours.
• Take out travel insurance. We strongly recommend it and may decline to facilitate a journey without it.
• Follow the clinic’s pre- and post-treatment instructions — they, not we, are your medical professionals.

5. Payments, subscriptions and finance

Browsing, enquiries and basic tools are free. Premium features are available to subscribers only and are paid features. Where third-party payment-plan providers (such as Zip, Klarna or Afterpay) are offered, your agreement is with that provider under their terms. Clinic treatment is paid to the clinic under the clinic’s terms.

6. Travel changes and delays

Flights, weather and border processing are outside our control. Where a journey is disrupted, remedies sit with the airline, accommodation provider or your travel insurer under their terms. We will help you rearrange the plan — that is what a concierge is for.

7. Travel & translation gear

Some travellers like hardware to back up the in-app translator — for example smart glasses (such as Meta Ray-Ban) or live-translation earbuds. Recommended gear is available through our gear store. These are third-party products: the manufacturer’s warranty and terms apply, and no device is required to use our services.

8. Fair use of the AI tools

The translator, concierge and planner are provided for genuine customers planning genuine journeys. Automated scraping, bulk requests or resale of these tools is not permitted, and rate limits apply. We may suspend access that looks abusive — if we get it wrong, contact us and a human will fix it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of clinics, airlines, accommodation or other third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law and changes
