Privacy Policy

1. Our commitment

Dental Tour AI is operated by Viet Health Angels New Zealand(NZBN 9429038795800), a subsidiary of Neuro Diverse Industries (“we”, “us”). We manage your personal information in accordance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020 and its 13 Information Privacy Principles. This policy may be updated; the current version always lives on this page.

2. What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone number and what you are interested in. You can browse the site and ask general questions anonymously.
• Bookings and consultations: contact and travel details (including passport details where a booking requires them).
• Health information you choose to share (for example photos or dental history for a clinic quote): we pass it to the clinic you choose and keep as little of it as possible ourselves. We are a concierge, not your medical record.
• Consultation recordings: only ever with your consent, for quality and record-keeping.

3. How we use it

• To answer you, prepare quotes and facilitate bookings.
• To arrange travel, accommodation and on-ground concierge support.
• To run payments and the administrative side of your journey.
• To meet our legal and regulatory duties in New Zealand.
• To send you occasional service updates — you can opt out any time via the unsubscribe link.

We do not use your photos, story or results in marketing without your explicit consent.

4. The AI tools and your data

Our live translator, concierge chat and itinerary planner are powered by Google’s Gemini AI. Text you enter is processed to provide the service — nothing more. Practical advice: share medical detail with the clinic through the channels we set up for it, and keep casual chat casual. AI output is informational only and never medical advice. We do not sell your data. Ever.

5. Who we share it with

• Partner clinics — the licensed dentists and clinics (located overseas, e.g. Thailand and Vietnam) you choose to engage.
• Our team and professional advisors who need it to do their jobs.
• Payment or finance providers — only if you choose to use one.
• Government and legal bodies — when required or authorised by New Zealand law.

Overseas disclosure — read this bit. Our partner clinics are outside New Zealand. By giving us your information for a booking, you authorise us to send the necessary details to those overseas recipients. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it, but an overseas recipient may not be subject to the New Zealand Privacy Act, which can limit your redress under that Act if they mishandle it.

6. Security and retention

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere) and stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers. Referral documents shared for a quote are kept only as long as the quote or treatment requires. We keep what the law and good record-keeping require — not more.

7. Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Opt out of marketing at any time.
